I have completed the Tunnels to Towers run in NYC and have done several long runs and ruck marches while in the military.
Most of my accomplishments are in strength training, however.
Short-Term Running Goals:
Establish a healthy running schedule to supplement strength training program.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Run and complete a marathon without stopping. I have done shorter races, but never a full marathon.
I am heavily involved in strength training and powerlifting and write often on the site Physiqz where I go over different training programs I am trying as well as different physical therapy topics.
I had a sports hernia which--if you are aware--is almost a death sentence for runners and anyone active. Luckily I was able to rehab back to 100% through a ton of self research and trial and error.
